Thank you for your interest in gathering feedback from unpaid Carers. Please complete this form to tell us more about your proposed research activity. As we get lots of requests for Carers to participate in research, we are unfortunately not able to assist with all of these as we are mindful of Carers’ time and availability, so please do complete the form in detail. We aim to get back to you within 7 working days.

Our Carers Voice programme welcomes Carers to have a real say about the services that impact them. Carers can share their thoughts in surveys, join in-person focus groups, or share their own story of being a Carer. We may be able to support your research as part of our Carers Voice programme.

Please outline details about your research. Please include key details about your research including, the purpose of the research and how and when Carers will receive feedback on the outcomes/learnings gathered from the research, as this is a requirement of our research partners.

If we are able to support you with your activity, we will put in place a short agreement outlining how we will work together. This will ensure clear expectations and a shared understanding of our collaboration.

Feedback on the learnings gathered from the research and sharing of any reports that are developed as a result of Carer input.

To uphold all GDPR regulations, including the use of participant images and feedback/quotes. To notify Carers if they can withdraw their involvement or consent at any time or whether remaining throughout the whole research is a requirement.

To provide the exact wording and attachments by email a minimum of 10 days in advance if you wish us to promote your activity/research opportunities via social media or to include this in our enews.
